woot, i made this after reading a comment on the last post!

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a 1975 musical comedy movie that parodies horror films, based on the British musical stage production The Rocky Horror Show, with the screenplay written by Richard O'Brien and Jim Sharman. The film features Tim Curry, Susan Sarandon and Barry Bostwick. The film is considered as a cult classic, and a midnight movie - although it is widely known by mainstream audiences.

In December 2005, Librarian of Congress James H. Billington added The Rocky Horror Picture Show to the National Film Registry, a list that contains only 450 films.

143 times is only something to be ashamed of if you wish to see more(not less)
i live in Staten Island,NY(yes, it's still a part of new york city)
and it's famous for crappy versions of rocky horror, so i have to travel to see a good version, and that's why i haven't seen it as much as i'd like to.

i downloaded it a while back, but never really sat down and watched it. i know the gist of what happens and such, but its awfully boring to watch alone :(

About 13 time in theaters.

They only do it near me on Halloween, the rest of the time i'd have to drive to Toronto.

God, that is such a awesome movie. Ive only seen it like 4 or 5 times. And never in theater's. They don't ever play it here. Not even on Halloween :(
